Webhelp Enterprise Sales Solutions was established in 2015 through the acquisition of On Line – a B2B sales organisation with an established reputation going back to 1993.
We enable our clients to outsource crucial inside sales processes without compromising on interaction quality. Our role is centred on strengthening client relationships and building your customer base using modern and intelligent business development methods.
Depending on your needs, we can act as consultants and solution designers. Otherwise we are strategic partners, as invested in your success as you are. Either way we offer sales support across a range of areas, allowing you to focus on growing other elements of your business.
Founded by Giovanni and Pio Micieli, Enterprise Sales Solutions started out in 1993 as On Line, based in Monza, Italy. The company achieved steady growth in the next few years, acquiring a solid client base and proving an attractive work environment for gifted young professionals. After a short time we were able to open up new headquarters in Vimercate at Torri Blanche.
In 2000, we grew our sales force to 250 with the aim of supporting major IT clients. We have been focusing on expanding our business outside Italy for the last ten years; at this point we have several offices in different countries across South America and the Balkans.
In 2010 we opened our multi-language Hub in Prague, in order to better serve Eastern European markets. Additional offices were acquired there in 2014 in order to facilitate growth.
In 2015, we became part of the Webhelp Group. As part of a thriving global brand Enterprise Sales Solutions can invest more in the expertise and experience of our people, and expand our geographical coverage while keeping a strong focus on inside sales. With Giovanni Micieli still at the helm, we look forward to our next stage of development and the promising future of the company.
