Sofie has a strong service management background and an uncanny ability to optimize and re-imagine organizations and processes to quickly adapt and change business. She has a keen awareness of the needs and pain points of customers and shapes her team to bring the best value for customers. Sofie started at Wehhelp Nordic 2013 and has since then worked as Account Manager responsible for several major accounts. Before joining Webhelp Nordic, Sofie worked within the telco industry, 5 years at Telia and 10 years at Telenor, where she held a variety of roles within the Service Management area such as Operations Director and Head of Service and Delivery Management. Sofie has a Business Administration degree from University of Lund in Sweden.
