Fagri’s rise through the BPO industry since 1999 has been meteoric. Passionate about positive economic, social and business development, Fagri has recently held a number of senior positions which have enabled him to focus on the enablement of multi- and omni-channel contact. This experience puts him in an ideal position to promote South Africa as a premium BPO destination.
His previous roles include time at Teleperformance South Africa, where he was Managing Director for just over a year before moving to Serco Global Services. There, he led the company’s entry into South Africa and the rest of Africa in his role as Managing Director for the region. In addition to these roles, Fagri has been Chairman of BPeSA Western Cape since 2006.
In the future, he aims to continue establishing positive relationships with local, provincial and national government with the aim of promoting positive change in South Africa.
