To ensure Webhelp SA complements the overall value-based approach with outbound operational delivery capability, the team is delighted to announce that Albie Aucamp has joined the Webhelp SA team as General Manager for Webhelp SA’s outbound division.
In Albie’s 16 year career, Albie held various positions in direct marketing and sales in the banking and insurance industry. He has been responsible for changing the insurance sales landscape by developing a face-to-face distribution channel within the retail industry for Hollard Insurance. Albie has also been responsible for establishing a direct marketing capability for FNB Retail Bank as well as African Bank. Albie was also involved in the re-establishing of the DMA of South Africa in 2005 and served as a Director on the board. In recent years, Albie has been responsible for consolidating and growing the sales capability for Hollard Insurance. Albies also holds a B.Econ, B.Econ Honours (Statistics) and M.Econ (Statistics) – Cum Laude and this will no doubt provide great value in driving Webhelp SA’s overall value proposition.
Webhelp SA are incredibly excited to be launching an outbound division with this capability and are already in discussions with a number of onshore and offshore clients where this highly differentated outbound approach will go live by June 2013.
