This week’s #CXO Twitter chat was all about customer segmentation and how traditional methods of lumping cutomers together to form target audiences is no longer the answer. Various industry experts joined in the discussion, debating topics like analytics and real-time market segmentation, customer experience personalisation and privacy issues as well as the role of social media in segmentation.
