Jean-Baptiste joined Webhelp in 2015 as Chief Delivery Officer with a remit to lead global operations excellence around performance excellence, people happiness, footprint & facilities and standards. He brings with him a wealth of international experience in sales and business development, customer management, strategy and transformation in both operational and strategic consulting roles across multiple sectors.

Jean-Baptise started his career at Lucent Technologies in the Philippines and across Asia, and joined Completel in 2000, where he held various sales, marketing and service management roles contributing to the rapid expansion of larger accounts.

He then joined Bain & Company in 2006, working for eight years across Europe and Australia. He led growth strategies and drove large-scale customer experience and performance improvement transformations across the Telecom, Media & Technology, Industrial Goods & Services and Private Equity areas.

Jean-Baptiste holds a Master of Science in Telecom and IT Engineering from SUPELEC in France and an Executive MBA from ESSEC-Mannheim.
