Daniëlle has been a part of the contact center industry since 1995. A genuine all-rounder, Danielle became Client Director at Webhelp Netherlands in 2010 and is now Business Unit Director. Additionally, she is also a lecturer for the postgraduate course for the Customer Management course at Beeckestijn Business School. In 2011, Daniëlle was voted contact center manager of the year and she is chair of the CCMA since 2013. Daniëlle focusses on getting a holistic view of customer contact and driving real, lasting improvement in results.
