David joined Webhelp in 2009 as CEO of UK operations. He is also part of the Executive Committee of the Webhelp Group and manages Webhelp’s operations in South Africa and India. David’s experience and passion has led Webhelp to its position as a regional BPO leader with expertise in customer experience engineering.
David led the development of Marks and Spencer’s online channels between 1990 and 1999. He then joined Trinity Horne Consulting as Executive Director, where he developed strategic growth solutions for blue-chip organisations. David has degree from the University of Strathclyde and a keen interest in omni-channel customer strategy and insight-led solutions.
