Metin graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in German Language and Literature in 1996 and started working in Koçbank call center. In 1998, he transferred to Egebank Special Projects and Business Development Department and worked as a Project Specialist and Team Leader. Later on he served as Deputy Director of Alternative Distribution Channels in Demirbank (HSBC) and consequently held the position of Director of Call Center for Alternative Distribution Channels in Koçbank between 2001 and 2005. Metin joined CMC in 2005 as Deputy General Manager and served as General Manager of CMC after 2010. He joined the Callpex family as of February 2013 and is the CEO of Webhelp Türkiye currently. Metin is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Call Centers Association.
