Ersun Unan

Sales Manager

With a diploma from the Department of Industrial Electronics, Bulent Ecevit University, Ersun has worked as Customer Agent, Group Supervisor and Team Leader at the Yapi Kredi Bank Call Center, where he started his career in 2000. In 2007, he joined Callus Call Center as Operations Manager and later served as Sales Manager.  In 2011, he joined Global Bilgi Call Center as Finance Sector Unit Manager and in 2012 joined Tempo Call Center as Corporate Sales Manager. He joined Callpex (now Webhelp Türkiye) in 2013 as Sales Manager and continues to hold this position at Webhelp Türkiye at present.
