With a BA Diploma from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and an MA diploma from the Department of Banking and Insurance, at Marmara University, Banu started her career at Imar Bank in 1988, and worked as specialist in the Human Resources & Organization and Training Departments. Later, she was a founding member and manager of Dialog, the Call Center of Halkbank (Pamukbank). In 2012, she joined Dışbank as Director at Alternative Distribution Channels. She assumed the responsibility of merging and management of Telephone Banking when Dışbank was acquired by Fortis and then by TEB. During the period she was in the banking sector, she held the office of the Head of Working Group of Call Centers at the Banks Association of Turkey. Banu joined Callpex (now Webhelp Türkiye) in 2013 is Training and Quality Director at present.
