We wanted to know how do UK consumers feel about their credit and loans. And so, we asked 500 people to get their thoughts on just how serious our debt problem is or in fact have we got things under control?

How has the Brexit vote changed the attitude of UK consumers to credit? How do they feel about their financial future? Which factors would be likely to influence their choice of provider? How important is it to them to receive an excellent customer experience from their lender? These are some of the key questions that we asked in our survey.
