Leading global customer experience management expert, Webhelp, has been named a Star Performer and Major Contender in the recently released Everest PEAK Matrix.
The Matrix looks at the global contact centre outsourcing (CCO) industry and analyses more than 2,500 active CCO deals across all major languages, geographies, channels and industries.
The Everest PEAK Matrix identified Webhelp as being a Major Contender in the global outsourcing industry and on the back of strong performance in the 12-18 months up to December, 2016, the study also highlighted Webhelp as being a Star Performer in the industry.
