Engagement

We provide our employees with opportunities to engage with management so that we are aware of our people’s needs, concerns and success. In addition to utilising our Ambassadors and the annual Employee Engagement Survey, we have also established various Employment Equity and Skills Development Forums across the business.

These forums offer opportunities for our people to discuss matters related to Employment Equity and Skills Development (EESD) and include representative of all race and genders groups as well as people with disabilities.

The role of the forums is to review employment equity targets and to actively engage with employees by providing employees with feedback.
