Martin Seidel joined Webhelp in 2016. In his current position, he is responsible for a number of important clients, mainly in the telecommunications sector. This business process outsourcing (BPO) expert brings with him 25 years of management experience in different positions at various major international companies. Among other things, he specialises in customer services, business development, quality management and international cooperation.
A certified business economist, Martin Seidel worked as Director of Sales and Services at insurance company Direct Line. After joining BPO enterprise Stream Global Services in 2010, he held primary responsibility for all business activities in Germany and Poland. In his role as Regional Vice President Northern Europe shortly after, he additionally managed the operations in the Nordics, Benelux and the UK. Martin Seidel kept on working in this position after Convergys took over Stream Global Services in 2014. Later, he joined BPO and contact centre company Teleperformance Deutschland as Vice President of Client Services, where he led nearshore activities.
