David blev en del af Webhelp i 2009 som CEO for de britiske aktiviteter. Han er også medlem af forretningsudvalget for Webhelp-koncernen og administrerer Webhelps drift i Sydafrika og Indien. Davids erfaring og dedikation har ført Webhelp til vores position som regionalt markedsførende inden for BPO med ekspertise i udvikling af kundeoplevelser. David ledte udviklingen af Marks and Spencers online-aktiviteter mellem 1990 og 1999. Han blev derefter en del af Trinity Horne Consulting som Executive Director, hvor han udviklede løsninger til strategisk vækst i velrenommerede organisationer. David har en grad fra Strathclyde Universitet og er særligt interesseret i multi-channel kundestrategier og vidensbaserede løsninger.
